Ten - Here is the part that you cannot grasp. Terrorists deserve nothing, have no right to compassion or handouts. In fact, terrorists do not deserve to live.

Now if Hamas surrendered unconditionally and handed over all their weapons and hostages, they would be entitled to food and water and temporary shelter in the form of tents. But Israel has no obligation to take them into Israel and give them a home. Hamas committed crimes of the highest order and tortured and murdered Israeli citizens and raped young girls. If you are so sensitive to their plight, come to Gaza and adopt one of them - though you will have a big problem bringing one over to the USA. Israeli citizenship is a privilege for law abiding citizens who will respect and honor the Jewish State. Hamas gave up that privilege years ago.
