Undersea cables broken = of course. USA bombed the Russia to Germany gas pipelines, so it's not surprising that Russia would cut fibre and other cables, or bomb the Eurotunnel = one hefty penetrating underwater explosion would put that out of business. When USA starts bombing Russia as they and UK have done, they should expect Russia to do something very nasty to them, not necessarily in kind. For example an underwater small atomic bomb offshore London could cause an annoying amount of water to inundate London, especially if the Thames Barrier is removed first. Apparently there are legal niceties regarding what's politic to do at a particular stage of escalation. I note that USA conducted the first nuclear war on civilians. So that's a precedent.

I recommend USA call a ceasefire, apologize for Obama's very bad idea to start the war and Nuland's carrying it out, and Biden going big, agree to the eastern Ukraine national changes as already done, and set about doing good things instead of murderous. Stop all sanctions on Russia. Repair the Nordstreams.
