In the past this has been true. This is exactly the reason I sold at $20 - I just didn't see it going any higher. However, new products, good earnings, high book to bill, and a recovering market will drive ACTL to new heights by years end. Hindsight is 20-20.

Maybe M. Gagne could shed some light on this perhaps? ; )
