I thought you might be interested to know that Columbia HCA is raising cash: NASHVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: COL) today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to sell ValueRx to Express Scripts, Inc. (Nasdaq: ESRX) of St. Louis, Mo. for approximately $445 million in cash. Columbia/HCA previously announced plans to divest ValueRx, a pharmacy benefit management company, which it acquired in a merger with Value Health, Inc.
