Yes for sure! LA Nina is forming as we speak and although the experts are saying it will only last for several months during the winter,I disagree because looking at the S PAC water temps from Chili to Tahiti they have yet to drop below the water temp threshold. Although they have been steadily dropping near that upper range I think it should continue to drop until next Summer. If My calculations are correct it could mean a very active Atlantic hurricane season.
But as you know these things can change at anytime.
