Before Trump won the election I would have agreed with you but I believe that the odds for Bitcoin being successful really shifted with the regime change. I wonder how long it will be before companies start reporting unrealized gains from holding bitcoin. I wonder how much wealth bitcoin has already created in the United States and its contribution to the economy.
