| | | For most of my first year as a defendant, I kept a low profile. But after the DOJ tried to get me to plea to the bogus 1512 charge with a range of 41 to 51 months, I began reviewing video and seeing things that made me conclude J6 wasn't organic.
But conveying the complexities I was observing to a large audience wasn't easy, so instead, I began making short videos that would prompt people to ask simple questions in their own minds. Since many were already wondering about Ray Epps, one of the first videos I made pointed out that Epps had pushed a sign into police. Why was Epps removed from the FBI wanted list when others were charged with a felony for this same incident? Even after the government eventually arrested Epps for a single misdemeanor, the government admitted his conduct under their standards would have been considered felonious. Why a single misdemeanor?
The period of 2021 and 2022 was like the wild west of J6 video analysis. We had almost no CCTV, there wasn't nearly as much foundational research to build from, and we had to invent new methods for research on the fly.
Over the next few months, I made other short videos to stimulate public curiosity, and I had more planned, but I decided to shift my strategy after I stumbled into some bigger discoveries that required more extensive research. I also began assisting other defendants with video exhibits for their trials. Some of this work I've never discussed publicly, but as you've seen from my own court filings, these efforts have resulted in a more nuanced understanding of January 6.
Four years ago, this battle seemed impossible, but we have continued to chip away at the truth, and we will continue to do so until we know everything the government did.
