** HAPPY ANNIVERSARY !!! Nov 23, 2015 -- NINE YEARS AGO** -- The USA filed case 2:15-cv-00828 iausenergy.com Defendants included: . Neldon Johnson . Gregory Shepard (Deceased) . Roger Freeborn (Deceased) Glenda Johnson (Deceased) There are still almost 200 IRS Tax Court petitioners that haven't conceded defeat, even though the test case was decided in the IRS' favor several years ago. I presume interest will continue to compound until they pay off their debt. I wonder how many IAS/RaPower3 insiders and others who profited from the "massive fraud" had to declare bankruptcy as a result of their involvement?
