Pancho, how long has this four-year lock-in been going on? Did the company start with this policy, or did it create it recently? The answer to that may tell you how long it will be until the litigation comes; my sense is that collection efforts will have to go on for a reasonably long time before anyone starts filing, but I could be wrong about that. Maybe 1 ~ 2 years after collection in earnest (read, hardball) begins....
