Not according to Bloomberg time and sales... the largest block was 25,100 at .60 at 10:06 EST. Another excellent consolidation day. The lows seem to be climbing at almost a 45 degree angle. At this rate, look for a decent upward move on Monday and/or Tuesday, with the daily lows heading into the low .60's by the end of next week. The 10-day moving average, which is now .5211, is going up by an average of almost .02 per day, and the price is riding right above that MA line. TA doesn't always work on OTC-BBs, but I'm going out on a limb.
