Got my notice for special meeting to authorize increase in number of shares from 100 M to 300 M. What's interesting is that there are only 35 M shares outstanding and another 20 M shares or so put aside for various option plans, etc.

So why so many additional shares? They could almost split 2:1 without the increase.
