The IP stack business is history. NETM and FTPS can make claims all day that their business is so much more, but when it comes right down to it they both rode up on a technology sector that was really hot for a short period of time. Now, equivilant technology is free in Win'95. They missed the shift in the market. Now I fear that is too late. I see NETM and FTPS being acquired very cheaply within the next 6-9 months, tops! No big play here. Sorry guys!
