Nonsense, what the fuck are you talking about? Trump did not break even, he ran an 8 trillion deficit and ballooned debt more than ANY president, ever! Trump cut taxes big time, and it caused a huge deficit! He should have increased taxes so he didn't run any deficit. He said he would balance the budget when running for office. He lied. A good president generates enough revenue to meet the costs of society. They don't fucking borrow money from our kids, and grand kids to pay for tax cuts for ourselves and our rich friends. " ‘Oh what a tangled web we weave/When first we practice to deceive’ is a quote from" Walter Scott < Those tax cuts did not increase the deficits under Trump. They roughly broke even, but we did get a LOT of money brought home that otherwise would still be in foreign countries benefitting them, instead of us, nationally. Also, a lot of individual cuts, like the doubling of the standard deduction, were funded while still breaking even.
