You read that differently from me. I read "Donald agreed that he would go along with Deep State CIA warmongering and cash flow if they agreed to not assassinate him and let him win the election". Donald has those certain obligations. If he fails to meet those obligations, the third assassination attempt will be more up close and personal and certain. JFK, the Liberty, RFK, Arkancide, Epstein, etc etc ... Julian Assange assassination didn't go ahead... it's very bad for one's health to not go along with those calling the shots, so to speak.
As Ayn Rand wrote, they are not fooling around. The rulers will enforce obligations.
Donald figures that a reasonable compromise is best. But those threatening him have to be careful because he who lives by the sword dies by it - plenty of people in the police, army, FBI, Secret Service, CIA, are on his side. It would be a terrible shame if Strzok, Wray, Comey and co were in an awful car crash or terrorist attack when they were on their way to set up an assassination of Trump.
By the way, why is the information about the lone crazed gunman who shot J F Kennedy still secret 60 years later? Make it public. If Trump won't, that might indicate some obligations he has incurred.
