#1 TMI is offering identical satellite services to those as SKYC. I didn't ask if they would be offering the terrestrial services (meaning ground based, using an ARDIS-like system). Come to think of it: I wonder if SKYC TMI will sub out the ARDIS-type services to AMSC? I'll have to ask about that. Apparently, a trade barrier came down in January and so both companies are free to provide services in each others countries.

#2 They have one with ENRON that was signed in January. ENRON should start in March. They are also working on another potentially big contract. Rumor has it that it is UPS. I think it is. I have the name of a contact person in UPS that I hope to talk to next week. It will be up to UPS to say anything. My ARDIS contact couldn't say. However, it is a fact that SKYC has been pursuing UPS. Also see this <A

#3 Norcom is a re-seller of SKYC services. Anything Norcom sells is marked up from the price SKYC charges Norcom. SKYC likes these types of arrangements and plans to pursue more of them.

I hope this helps.
