TA I agree with RT, the refills are much too low. I did a quick calculation. Assuming a standing start, with 10000 new scripts a week and a 30% success rate, after 9 weeks we should have 27000 happy users out there. We should be adding 3000 users each week.... Now there are 6 pellets per kit, and lets assume a 2 times a week usage, so every 3 weeks a new kit is required for each of those customers.... that's 9000 refills per week no? Am I doing my maths wrong or what???? Were did last year's users go????? Hope I'm wrong ... Bob
