Here's what's happening: traders are taking advantage of a liquidation sale (mainly the aura shares), bringing the stock down and building a nice low cost. Some institutions are also scooping up blocks on the way down. Once these shares are cleared out, the retail brokers will start pushing nwcm again and it will quickly jump to 18+ again. The "street" knows this is what's taking place and that's why you haven't seen any big volume lately on the buy side. Manipulation at its best.
