Re: Potential Sale and Leaseback

We have to remember we are dealing with an extremely
sophisticated man. Silver lease rates remain high
on the latest Kitco output as of this morning.

Yet the price of silver hasn't responded as many silverbugs
expected with this short squeeze. Certainly Mr. Buffet
doesn't want government intervention but if Mr. Buffet
offers to 'lend' silver back who can complain.

I speculate the following:

The supply crunch is real:

Mr. Buffet is getting his money by leasing silver at
today's lease rates short-term partially to avoid
government intervention. (These are pretty attractive
rates of return).

For the mechanics consider a sale and leaseback
philosophy on a real estate property adjusted for
the commodities market.

Silver prices will rise but not like 1980's and I
expect not too much above the $10 - $12 range
that the Indian recycle factor will kick.

Get ready for a longer term play. Certainly in my
own stock picks that is the way I have set
it up.

These are the speculations of a recent amateur to
this thread. Maybe some of the pro's can
comment.

Dave.
