Tremblant has not, in my 50+ years of skiing been a safe bet for that time frame.. dumb planning. In the old days there was a hill still bearing the scars of carved out ski slopes just near Tremblant.. Grey Rocks.. still living as a golf resort I believe.. their thing due to snow making was to be open for US Thanksgiving.. Tremblant's redevelopment and puny by Laurentians' standards snow making put Grey Rocks out of biz as a ski hill.. The tourist crowds at Tremblant are not exactly skiers for the most part.

Cammy had a few early season December ski camps there.. Conditions were always crap.. enough for 12 to 16 year olds to train .. but crap as a ski day..

Bad planning and not a climate emergency ..
