I think it refers to Money98 & Quicken98....If that's the case who's the Monopoly the guy with 80% of the Market, or the guy with 11%?

ie....I would consider CheckFree to be an industry provider of backend services, where as Quicken is a non-industy consumer desk top user front end...which can provide industry services...via the connect with an industry provider Checkfree. It's one of the 3 methods of financial services delivery we've been talking about.

IMO watch Intuit move it's popular Desk Top to the Web Top. If you want an Idea of the future power of Quicken.Com...consider this...they are building massive web reach....partnering with Brokers, Insurance & Financial Institutions. They are taking a stale PC Desk Top application and making it come to life on the Web. Popularity & Massive Reach attracts big name Partners....the Insurance Site has what #1State Farm, #2Allstate & Yesterday #3Travelers? And many more to follow in all sectors IMO. It is also my opinion, since Intuit doesn't do online transactions, these Partners may also be looking to CheckFree as a solutions provider to their online transaction setup.

That's why I say what is good for Intuit is extremely good for CheckFree.....Let Intuit build the web front end...just like they built the front end user interface on the Desk Top PC. But to make this all work with the various Financial Service Providers and 10's of Millions of Web users(customers) they will need nothing less then Genesis to Power that Sucker!
