A short, if satisfying week. The S&P Biotech composite shows a YTD gain of 11.6%, not at all shabby.
Every portfolio showed gains for the week, and 10 of them are in the black for the year. BULBAMAN, TOMATO and ERIKOTTO shrank their gap behind top dog ALONER.
Alas, Technetium has been bumped off of the top half of contestants. Wait ‘til next week, or is that wait ‘til next year…
I admit, I never expected the DOW to hit 45,000, and all stock indices are doing very well.
Long, long time ago, I still remember how the markets made me smile.
When I opened my first brokerage account, the DOW was at 820.
Doom and gloom after the seventies.
Do you remember when, the inflation was so high, the people didn’t want to dance.
And I knew if I had my chance that I could make my portfolios dance.
It could climb so high, it could reach the sky.
