Trump's plan to start the mass deportation of illegal aliens has been upheld by a federal court.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has unanimously ruled the federal government can deport foreign nationals who are in the U.S. illegally, even over the objections of local authorities.

There are a number of Democratic governors who refuse to assist in Trump's mass deportation plans.
