I know the stock has only been retreating, but I think that is a result of selling due to impatience shareholders.
I recently visited the company in Florida and want to say something in the company's defense. The problems that the company is dealing with were brought about by past management. Current management did not want the company to go into bankruptcy which could have happened if Floyd had not stepped back in and turned things around. People can bad mouth management easily when they truly have no clue what really went on. Isn't easy to dream up total BS and bad mouth management when you are totally clueless as to the actual facts. EUTRO is going to do fine based on what Mike and I saw and learned through our talks with current management. The current stock price is reflective of shareholders impatience's, short term people upset that current management has not made them millionaires yet. I guess that is just the nature of BB investing. I had an Uncle that made a very comfortable living from the stock market. He lived in a small town call Deford, Michigan, population 125. He always visited the companies he invested in. He passed on long before the internet was available, the only sources for info available to him were what his stock broker told him, what the company sent him and what he could obtain through a visit to the company. He always relied on a visit to the company to make final decisions. I never saw him jumping to conclusions about the company's future or questioning management based solely on it's stock price. I guess things are different today, now, with the help of the internet, we can judge management's competency and future of a company based on its current stock price, my how things have changed! We really do not have to do any DD nor listen to people who have taken the time to have meetings with management. All we have to do is look at the stock price, all the information we need in order to make sound decisions is right there. No need to dig any further to render judgments. The Internet sure has helped shorten the DD process!
