Look, when a company needs cash to stay alive, "creative"
financing is the only choice.
Dilution is always harmful to current shareholders, and the only way
that would stop is if the company, or its insiders suck up all of the
coming stock. Ofcourse neither situation exists here.
With any insider sales..ie Carson or whomever, you get more shares on
the street, and this needs to be counter balanced by something.
The biggest of the big, are always buying stock back to offset
the dilition of option sales etc....

Someone is going to have to buy these coverts, and that is that.
Volume tells all...
