Donald Trump should have JD Vance use his constitutional power, get into the role of president of the Senate and preside over the body. They did it in the 1950s. Article 1, Section 3, Clause 4. Did you know that the Senate majority leader only came into existence in 1937 when VP John Garner created it. We don’t have to bow down to the swamp. We have a constitution and that grants the vice president the power to be the president of the Senate in a daily capacity.
