A federal judge is likely to toss a lawsuit brought by the AZ GOP alleging that the AX voter rolls have anywhere between 500,000 to 1,200,000 extra voters who should have been removed in accordance with the National Voting Rights Act.

Somehow, this federal judge thinks that having an extra couple hundred thousand voters on the voter rolls that shouldn’t be there, doesn’t dilute the vote of Arizona citizens.
