Dennis, Thanks for your take on the tier 2 situation and appreciate any other insight that you are willing to share with us here. 200 conversions in 12 years, Whew you da man! Another question that comes to mind in Brooklines Case, If I missed 1st Tier now, is it worth leaving the CD in place for the 2nd stage conversion (if and when it happens) or is it only for shareholders from the 1st stage offering. Not sure exactlty how these MHC conversions work. Ken
