He cut the capital gains tax from 35% to 21%!That reduced income! Is that too fucking complicated-lol?

Can you explain what evidence you have that cutting the LTCG rate reduced recenue? Please think before answering and do your level best, and apply all the understanding of numbers you can muster in your answer.
