Donald will again use tariffs to level the global playing field on trade as he did successfully during his first term... Tariffs worked very well before and they were the main thing 100 years ago before federal income taxes were introduced... Federal income taxes were only supposed to be a temporary thing so citizens could help pay for the war effort, that was WWI... The federal government got greedy when it saw easy money coming into their coffers so after WWI the taxes were continued anyhow... Tariffs were eventually stopped, not because they didn't work, but it was stopped so we could help Asia and Europe rebuild after WWII... Federal income tax is an obsolete program and tariffs were a long time forgotten excellent way to keep global trade on a level playing field... Donald knows this and intends to reinstate all of it back to its original footing... In addition, we can become energy independent and energy dominant, this would pay down and eliminate our entire national debt and ALL of it done without personal income taxes... GZ
