It's true, if you do NOTHING they will expire worthless. But knowing this, you won't do NOTHING. Notify your broker prior to March 13 (why not now) and let him know if you want to convert (at a price of $20.875/share) or sell them. You should have received a letter from Intel. They provide a phone number in the letter if you have questions (1-800-298-0146). Hope this helps.
