True, there are many actual and potential problems out there. Which is why I cut down exposure to more tolerable levels. Last year, in October, I wanted to stay long - but the situation in the world was rather ominous. So, I replaced much of the market exposure with calls - which limited risk. This year things also do not look good - but in addition, the markets are stretched. Is it ready for a serious bear - or for a limited correction - that I don’t know.
