Garland is an incompetent wimp who sat on his hands for a couple of years. Yeah, why did they do that? They had no evidence, that's why. Mannie, there is no world in which Donald Trump could have been properly properly charged, convicted or found liable in even one of these falsely charged civil or criminal acts. There simply was no evidence of any crime. We knew that the whole time, and they were unable to make the cases. Even the EJC case will end up being thrown out in any reasonable trial scenario.
