At this moment the economy is clearly responding to the return good sense in managing it and particularly the effort to control costs. That, and nothing else, will drive the economy forward right now. Any failure of these plans will harm the economic support we are seeing right now.

At this moment, the markets are just happy to see there are only six weeks of this insane spending spree remaining.

Try not to be ridiculous.
