... am guessing not, because no way to win, not even in case of freedom of first-strike, given 3-bodies problem already in place, especially when one of the three no longer sure how many and which of its missiles actually work, the other can do hypersonic-sprinkling, and the third can to hypersonic atmospheric-skipping; to which we must give thanks to all three reality elements
