Report #7 UPRO/SPXS Signals. 1st UPRO Buy Signal (60-E-1) confirmed. Average is 2.73 buy signals per UPRO Bull Cycle. Tomorrow there is the possibility of a 2nd UPRO Buy Signal (60-SC-1) as well as a SPXS Bear Sell Signal (60-SC-1). Usually the SPXS Sell Signal is a bottom, unless we are in a large Weekly or Monthly Bear Cycle. Right now the Weekly remains in a strong Bull Cycle (W-E-2) the high is due 12/27/24.
