Really? Don't you understand anything? Tariffs are used to even the playing field, and should be put on carefully and with good reason. Trump is not doing that, he is just trying to bully people, AND as I keep explaining, Tariffs wil allow him to shift the tax burden from the rich to the average buyer! You don't just throw big numbers out there like that! 25% on Canada and Mexico and 10% on China on top of what is there now. And now he has started a trade war with our most important trade partners Canada, Mexico and China and all three are hitting back. This was not necessary. And do you know who gets hurt? Not just the consumer with higher prices, but also the producers like agriculture. China just said a big fuck you and said they would not buy 680 billion in soy beans. Do you know who will get hurt real bad with that--soy bean farmers--but they voted for him, so no sympathy from me. And add the mass deportation making farm help tough to get and you have a recipe for disaster in the agriculture industry! Trump is NOT a genius, he is a bull in a China shop--always has been!
