>>But that's a separate debate, one that is being waged right now between legal experts and advocates of sexual abuse victims.

But don’t you think in the case of a civil case (not for rape, as it turned out but for a newly created offense of “sexual touching”) ought to be subjected to a rigorous process? After all, we’re talking about labeling someone as a rapist (due to the judge's hostility in calling a rape. Effie the jury when it clearly was NOT presented to the jury as such).

The fact that the only evidence we know to be fact is that she never misses a. Episode of law and order and the story, right down to the business and floor on which it allegedly happened formed the basis of a theme in Law and and Order episode in 2011, does that bother you even a little when we are legging this guy as a “rapist”?

I mean this isn’t Bill Cosby. There is no record of him, ever having assaulted, even minimally, any woman. While he always had the pick of any women he went after, there is no evidence of his having carried out assaults.

Now, if she came on to him one could envision this in a TV account, but finding a floor empty, with no ATTENDANTS manning the cash registers, seems weird to me. I don’t go into stores these days but I’ve been into Neiman Marcus many times and I never found an empty floor. In fact it is basic procedure in most large stores that registers are never unmanned. Ever.

Don’t you find that odd? It is a very far cry from rape even if there was an incident.

I just don’t see it.
