Keep in mind what a preponderance of evidence means.
Yes. It means weighing the credibility of both the accuser and the accused.

The jury decided that the accuser had more credibility in the first trial. No surprise given how Trump is a pathological liar.

Then during the second trial, Trump continues lying like the findings of the first trial didn't matter. No appeal, no thrown out judgements, just him deciding all by himself that he is right and everyone else is out to get him.

Face it, Trump lost both cases, all because of his big fat mouth. All because he can never accept even one L.
