I saved your post - it's too long for right now. Tariffs trickle down to the consumer. It's behavioral modification because we'd rather have people in the US buying products from US companies. Now, if BYD wants to build a plant in the US and use American workers - that changes things. I jnow this is about more than BYD but I'm using that as an example. Japan and Europe have built factories in the US - why would we allow friggin China to operate any different. I have an issue with China and I have an issue with Canada or Mexico being supportive of China in any way.
