james, being an investor and an employee result in conflicting objectives at times. however, if the company that might acquire anlg could provide capital, expanded markets, etc could be a very positive for your future. we all must face change during our lives. those that deal with chang and use it to their advantage tend to thrieve and those who do not are often left behind. therefore, i still contend that anlg is a natural for a buyout but this does not mean you will loose your job. on the contrary, it could be an opportunity. good luck
