Ok....I answered the first part so on to the next

Modern econ theory (like any theory) is fungible. That same theory is what got us into the free trade agreements that have cost US jobs.

Trumps style doesn't always work for me but I want him to be a bit of a bully when it comes to what's best for the US. When it comes to the global food chain (money) the line starts behind us.

Canada is a friend and ally and we're the same to them. We NEED them to do be in lockstep when it comes to China. Canada has a 100% tariff on BYD cars - I like that. China needs to be shut down (to the extent it can be done) from North America until we get a few things hashed out. Even then we're not going to close down any more manufacturing.

Mexico is working with China - they need to make a choice. It's us or them. Mexico is the weak link in NAFTA and the Canadians will tell you the same thing.

Let China cancel their orders. I'd rather bail out our farmers (which we've been doing for decades) than give in to China on anything. We've given Ukraine WAY MORE than 28 billion. We need to quit handing out money - our checking account is overdrawn.

As far as taxes go - lets see what they come up with. Where I'm concerned - less is generally more
