Andrew, I agree with you. I think it's amazing that ***8*** law firms are competing for lead council to sue IOM. I don't think that there's too much merit in the law suit. The U.S. society is very litigious, and in my profession,(medicine) US Doctors have to pay high malpractice ins. fees compared to Canadian MDs (however we are catching up). Just spoke to my son (an MBA) student about IOM's phenomenal ad campaign (8 pages in the WSJ). His thoughts were that IOM is looking for BRAND NAME RECOGNITION, so that when people are looking to buy storage equipment they will buy the IOM product. This brand name will carry over to CLIK! as well as any other products that IOM will develop in the future and hopefully they are researching other new products. Another thought was that IOM is in the midst of building a great co. for the future i.e. 5-10 years down the road and they don't much care about the share price now. Are you willing to hold the stock that long?? SR
