Reginald,
Since I'm not selling any product or service I don't have to prove anything to anyone.
There are any number of good books re:the methods, usefullness and application of TA. I suggest you read a couple of them and then analyze the AMD chart yourself. Look at moving averages, bottom formation, testing of lows, MACD divergences. If you could eliminate the emotional attachment you have to your own theories and methods you will be able to identify low risk entry points for stocks with good upside potential like AMD.
The market doesn't care what you think about the quality of AMD's management or that there have been problems with yields or that the next 2 quarters will be bad. All those factors have been accounted for in the current stock price which is ~$19/sh. not withstanding the passion and vehemence of your arguments that the price should be $8/sh. If your methods of analysis were correct and appropriate the price would be $8/sh. Since the price is $19/sh. obviously you are wrong.THE MARKET is RIGHT. Why should anyone buy your product or service when it doesn't work? Should'nt you be changing your methods instead of complaining about the MARKET being inefficient and perversely refusing to validate your theories?
Dewy.
