Richard: I call the transfer agent every couple of days to check in.
The split was accomplished on 49,485,030 shares and that number was valid on 2/5/98. The post-split equivalent would have been 2,474,251+ and that number increased to 3,779,639 as of 2/12/98. As of my last call on Thursday, 2/19/98 the share count effective 2/17/98 remained at 3,779,639.
You are, of course, correct that we should see a rapid increase assuming the most recent eligible conversion. I was planning on calling again Monday morning and will post new numbers as soon as I receive them from Transfer Agent.
