Jim thanks for your perspective regarding the risks associated with an investment in Summit.

I can assure you I am not "insecure" in my investment or in it's past performance, nor am I blindly devoted to this stock.

I think we all can agree that Summit's past management (Muller) would make an excellent case study for how not to manage a company.

I have committed a portion of my portfolio to this company for speculative purposes and am prepared to lose it all. I have not bailed out yet because l feel the market has punished this stock to levels where it is attractively priced relative to it's assets (cash) and potential (this story is not over).

I agree several risks are looming, PPP partnership, machine inferiority (real & perceived), FDA approval, lawsuits (visx & shareholder), competition. I believe most if not all of the above will be resolved in Summit's favor, this combined with a possible acquisition, increasing procedure volume and a strong management team will cause the stock to rebound somewhat making for an attractive investment. "Investment" being the key word.

As I have stated before I am long on Summit please discount my partiality.
