According to the S&P more than $2 Trillion of Commercial Real Estate Mortgages will mature in 2025 and 2026. The average interest rate on those maturing loans, unwritten in 2020 and 2021 is roughly 4.3 %.

Should be a hoot watching those loans try and refinance at prevailing rates in the coming months.

And if that wasn't enough, roughly $200 billion of these mortgages are on office properties where the underlying value has and currently is collapsing.

And no one is talking about it, yet.

The size of this distressed capital eclipses the sub-prime mortgage market at its peak in 2005; $ 625 Billion.

Curious if your grasp of Economics and your literal command of Bullshit will shed some light.
Or rather you can expand with your interpretive stance of how current Monetary Policy will control the insane Fiscal Policies to date.

"Ok, I studied economics in high school and college and got a perfect #grade, and almost perfect score on the high school AP Economics Test. "
