Tony, In my experience when the reg-s overhang is gone the stock snaps back but it will not hold if it seems the company needs to do another financing of a similar nature. My guess about the last filing for 1/2 million is that it's of a floorless convertible nature and if it's not bought out that's very bad for holders of the common stock. regards,p.b.
