Only 30% of Kenya is urban. Urbanization hasn't even started. It is urbanization that propels country to wealth.

Africa needs better governments that recognizes the mega trends.

I saw with my own eyes the tail end of Brazil's urbanization, i.e., the last 20 years of it. Mega economic growth. Or, look to China.

Since I am at it. Advanced countries are being de-urbanized for 2 reasons:
1. Youngster want remote work. Commercial real estate collapsing as companies offer remote work as incentive to hiring people.
2. Demographics. Less babies = less urban space
