Zsolt Bayer is a popular TV presenter in Hungary, and also an associate of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, who happens to be of German extraction. We’ve featured him here a number of times in the past, such as this video (which has unfortunately been taken down, but the post has the transcript).

Our Hungarian correspondent CrossWare left a quote from Zsolt Bayer in a comment on last night’s post:

“The Germans cannot do anything halfheartedly. When they needed to be Nazis, they were the best Nazis in the world. When they needed to be communists, they were the most merciless communists in the world. Now they will be the best muslims ever!”
