Two charts have been updated. It looks like the weekly chart of the Russell 2000 has confirmed (again) that buy signals work when the ROC drops below zero. This week we got a cross above the zero line. It's called "Russell Confirming." I also updated the BNS of Orbital Sciences. It's called "Orbi-Looking Good." pw1.netcom.com Claud
